End of Life Tires (ELT’s) and plastic waste are unavoidable worldwide and cause visual pollution; the part that is incinerated or recycled causes high CO2 emissions, resulting in air pollution.
In many countries End to Life Tires (ELT’s) are not recycled; mechanical recycling of plastics has reached its limits and can only be used for certain types of plastic. More than 80% of this mountain of waste, ends up in landfills, oceans or in incinerators;
some are burned in cement kilns, thermal power stations, pulp- and pepper mills, steel mills and industrial boilers,
End of Life Tires (ELT’s) and non-mechanically recyclable plastics are converted into “green oil”, “carbon black” and “steel”; this according to and thanks to our patented technologies of Pyrum Innovations AG, without CO2 emissions and energy neutral.
Laupat Industries is already at an advanced stage of negotiations with various multinationals for the supply of feedstock and the purchase of our end products and thus also participates in the circular economy.
Due to the pressure from the EU, we see a change and a gap is emerging in the market, to which our technologies respond perfectly.
Following Pyrums first site in Germany, we want to roll out our technologies Worldwide and start building and operating a site for End of Life Tires (ELT’)s in the port of Antwerp.
At each industrial Laupat Industries site; 20.000 Tonnes (2.000.000 Tires) are converted into 5.250.000 kg “GREEN OIL”, 6.750.000 kg “CARBON BLACK” and 4.000.000 kg “97% pure STEEL” on an annual basis.
The WORLD RECOVERY BOND I is issued to fund the first steps of the global rollout of our innovative and sustainable PYROLYSIS technologies.
€ 750,000 is needed for these first steps, after which in the next phase a well-known and solid Belgian bank will join as project financier for ⅔ of the total project, guaranteed by the Flemish Government and supported by the EU.
The last part, ⅓, is filled in by the Laupat Industries management team.
LAUPAT INDUSTRIES offers you a unique opportunity to help the World to recover from the damage that has been done to Her. You can help the World by investing in our innovative projects. Besides the fact that you will helping the World to recover, you will also generate a surprisingly good return.
PREVENT AND REDUCE THE AVERAGE CO2 EMISSIONS WORLDWIDE
The market for End of Life Tires (ELT’s) and non-mechanically recyclable plastics have always been problematic and caused a lot of pollution, such as CO2 emissions.
Due to pressure from the EU, we are seeing a turnaround and a gap in the market, to which our technologies are responding perfectly.
ELT’s and non-mechanically recyclable plastics are converted into “green oil”, “carbon black” and “steel”; this according to our technologies, without CO2 emissions and almost energy neutral.
Laupat Industries is already at an advanced stage of negotiations with various multinationals for the supply of feedstock and the purchase of our end products and thus also participating in the circular economy.
Walter Patijn (left) and Frank Lauwers (right)
Walter Patijn (born 1959), after more than 35 years of (private) banking experience, is fascinated by the fact that every person is different from the other. The fact that people are unique means that they all need a unique approach, which they should no longer have experience at banks. The latter is the motivation for Walter to fully assist his relations in finding the solutions that are suitable for them. He will always be where his customers are.
Walter’s motto is “DDD”: Drive, Dedication & Discipline. After completing his education, supplemented with 3 years of vocational training in military service, Walter grew up as a banker within ABN Amro. He has gained national and international Private Banking experience at Van Lanschot Bankiers, Merrill Lynch and Commerzbank International, among others. Now he is there full-time for his customers, driven by the intense and complementary collaboration with Frank Lauwers within Lauwco.
Frank Lauwers (born 1962) is an engineer through and through. He has a strong eye for details, thinks strategically and is always alert to new opportunities and possibilities for his customers. He is enthusiastic about new projects and especially the complexity of international projects. He has over 30 years of experience in all types of project management. Frank is particularly good at listening and has a genuine interest in people and their environment. Every project requires its own approach.
Frank studied construction technology, master in real estate and construction project management. He assisted with the feasibility studies and development of many construction projects, both small and large, some more complex than others.
The ever-increasing complexity of project financing has encouraged collaboration with Walter Patijn and resulted in the founding of Lauwco in 2017.
It is wise to immerse yourself in our company first. Although investing is never free of risks, it can provide more financial return than bank savings. However, it is very important that you have the right and complete information and studied it carefully. The fact that you are looking at the information on this website is a good sign.
Does high interest rates always mean more risk? Yes, but you can limit your own risk by spreading your investments. Never invest more money than you can spare. It is not wise to use your complete savings account, because investing always involves risks.
You can do that. From experience, you probably already know what the risks are. Corporate bonds are a separate asset class. The risk, i.e. the yield ratio, is not comparable to other investment products such as ship CVs, government bonds or real estate and institutional investment funds.
The Corporate Bonds can be paid by bank transfer. You will receive your payment confirmation immediately by e-mail.
After payment, you have 14 days of cooling-off time to cancel free of charge.
You do not pay management or closing costs. There are no hidden charges.
How can I invest?

Why can a prospect be exempt from approval with the FSMA?
If one of the below conditions are met, a prospect can be exempt from approval with the FSMA:
Het is ook mogelijk dat er bij een aanbieding geen goedgekeurd prospectus beschikbaar is doordat de aanbieding niet prospectusplichtig is. Dit is bijvoorbeeld het geval als de effecten niet verhandelbaar zijn of als het gaat om een aanbieding van deelnemingsrechten in een open-end beleggingsinstelling. Bron: AFM
What is Crowdfunding?
Crowdfunding is the lending of relatively small amounts by a large group of investors to a company through an online platform. When lending money to a company the compensation is interest on the loan. This form is called "loan based crowdfunding" or "crowdlending". Financial return is important in this form of crowdfunding
What does "no prospectus obligation" mean?
An investment offer usually requires a license or the company must have a prospectus approved by the FSMA. Sometimes exemptions apply and one falls investment offer does not fall under the supervision of the FSMA. We then speak of an exempt investment. For example, an investment is exempt if all investors can jointly invest a total of €5 million.
Does the bond loan fall under Crowdfunding?
No, with crowdfunding you take out a loan through a brokerage platform of lenders and borrowers. A crowdfunding platform needs to take a crowdfunding investor test with every consumer who invests more than € 500 via the platform. Now you invest directly in the company. You provide the company with a loan and decide how large the loan is.The conditions for the loan can be found in the Information Memorandum.
Where can I find the key investor information?
Essential information is information that you need in any case to make an informed decission. Under Documentation you can find the legal information document submitted to the FSMA and information about, among other things, the risks, collateral and guarantees, the terms and conditions of the loan, tax treatment and current financial situation.
Can I cancel the purchase of Bonds?
Yes, the FSMA believes it is important that you as a consumer make a conscious choice to
to invest. That is why we offer the opportunity for reflection. This is designed in two ways:
1) You must actively confirm that you have read the information memorandum, before you press the order button.
2) You have the option to dissolve for 14 days. This is possible by written confirmation. There are no costs associated with this cancellation.
If the investment is not canceled within 14 days
it will then become definitive.
